What does Integrated Care cover?

Integrated Care allows you to book consultations with:

  • Registered Counsellors

  • Certified Life Coaches

  • Registered Psychologists

  • Registered Dietitians & Sports Nutritionists

You can address a variety of issues such as:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma

  • Relationships

  • Work-life balance

  • Nutrition and overall mental wellbeing

Managing Your Credits

  1. Checking Available Credits:

    • Your available credits are displayed on the Talk page of the app.

    • You can use these credits to book consultations.

  2. How Credits Work:

    • Each session is deducted from your credit balance.

    • Credits can be used for any of the services covered by Integrated Care.

  3. When You Run Out of Credits:

    • If you run out of credits, contact your organisation admin for more credits to be assigned to you.

  4. How Credits Are Allocated and Managed:

    • Care Credits are not available on the app by default. They need to be allocated and paid for by your organisation’s admin.

    • Administrators determine the number of credits provided to each user and can top up credits as needed.

    • If you have questions about your credit allocation, contact your organisation administrator for clarification. If you are an admin and wish to have Care Credits added to your organisation, please reach out to our Sales or Client Success Team.

Booking your sessions - What do you need to know

1) Missed Sessions

If you miss a scheduled session:

  • Credits are non-refundable unless you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session.

  • To cancel or reschedule:

    • Navigate to the Upcoming Session on the home page.

    • Tap Edit to adjust the date or time, or select Cancel to remove the booking entirely.

2) Counselor No-Show

If your counsellor misses a session:

  • You can recoup your credit by contacting Support:

    1. Navigate to the Support section in the app.

    2. Provide details of the missed session, including the date and time.

    3. Your credit will be reinstated after the issue is verified.

Note: You can book another session once your credit has been refunded.

How to Book a Consultation

  1. Open the Talk tab in the app.

  2. Use the search bar to find the type of support you need (e.g., anxiety, trauma, nutrition).

  3. Browse through available providers and select one that matches your needs.

  4. Choose an available date and time and confirm your booking.

How to Edit or Cancel a Booking

  1. Go to the Upcoming Session section on the home screen.

  2. Tap Edit to change the date or time.

  3. Tap Cancel to remove the session.

Reminder: Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your credit.
