Linking a Strava account with Strove is easy!
You can use Strava to record your activities, from Strava app or from your wearable device.
Linking Strava to Strove:
Tap on the 'Settings' tab on the top right of the home screen in the Strove app.
Tap ‘Connected Apps’
Tap the link button and allow strove to access your activity data.
Sign in to the Strava account associated with your Strava app.
Authorise/enable Strove to read your activity data.
Your accounts will now be linked and your activities will sync to Strove automatically.
Please Note:
Activities that are manually added to Strava will not be synced to Strove.
Strava does not record Steps as an activity.
You may occasionally open the Strava app to initiate the sync to and from Strava.
You may experience a slight delay when syncing between Strava and Strove.
