Linking Apple Health with Strove is easy!
You can use Apple Health to record your steps and sync your activities from your wearable device and/or 3rd-party activity trackers compatible with Apple Health.
Linking Apple Health to Strove:
Tap on the 'Settings' tab on the top right of the home screen in the Strove app.
Tap ‘Connected Apps’
Tap the link button and allow strove to access your activity data.
Tap ‘Turn On All’ or toggle the various data permissions to the ‘on’ position.
Your accounts will now be linked and your activities will sync to Strove automatically.
Please Note:
Activities that are manually added to Apple Health will not be synced to Strove.
You may occasionally open the Apple Health app to initiate the sync to and from Apple Health.
You may experience a slight delay when syncing between Apple Health and Strove- If you encounter issues with heart rate data syncing, try these steps:
Resync your heart rate data by refreshing the connection between your Apple Watch and Apple Health.
Restart your Apple Watch to resolve potential temporary glitches.
Ensure the Bluetooth connection between Apple Watch and iPhone is active.
Verify in Apple Health settings that Strove has the necessary permissions to access heart rate data.
Refresh the Strove app after completing the troubleshooting steps to ensure the updates are applied.- While resyncing and updating permissions resolves most issues, syncing past workouts may vary in success, particularly for heart rate data. Ensure the app is refreshed to verify updates.- Properly syncing heart rate data is crucial for accurate workout tracking and scoring, enhancing the overall app experience by providing more precise performance analysis.
