How do I link my Galaxy Watch to Strove

The best option to connect your Galaxy to Strove is to connect your watch to Samsung Health. While most Galaxy Watch models should have the option to connect to Samsung Health directly, you may need to connect it to Samsung Health via the Galaxy Wearable app.

You can connect the Galaxy Wearable app to Samsung Health with the following steps:
1) Navigate to, and open the Google Play Store. Search for and select Galaxy Wearable, and then tap Install if you have not done so already.

2) Once the app downloads, tap OPEN, and then tap Start.

3) Select your watch and then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup process.

4) Once installed, tap Menu (the three horizontal lines) on the left side, tap + Add new device, and then select your device.

5) Open your Samsung Health app and turn on the option to ensure your Samsung Cloud is connected. Then, repeat this process with your watch. You will be prompted to create a Samsung Cloud account if you haven't created one already.

Linking Samsung Health to Strove:

  1. Tap on the 'Menu' on the top right of the home screen in the Strove app.

  2. Tap ‘Connected Apps’

  3. Tap 'Connect to Samsung Health'

  4. Tap the link button and allow Strove to access your activity data

  5. Toggle the 'Allow all' switch to on

Linking Samsung Health to Health Connect:

  1. Tap on the 'Menu' on the top right of the home screen in the Strove app.

  2. Tap ‘Connected Apps’

  3. Tap 'Health Connect'

  4. Tap 'App permissions'

  5. Tap 'Samsung Health'

  6. Toggle the 'Allow all' switch to on

Once you have allowed Samsung Health to share data with Health Connect and Strove, your activities will sync automatically. If your activities are not syncing, check your Health Connect to make sure that all the necessary permissions have been turned on.


Please Note:

  • Activities that are manually added to Samsung Health will not be synced to Strove.

  • You may occasionally open the Samsung Health app to initiate the sync to and from Samsung Health.

  • You may experience a slight delay when syncing between Samsung Health and Strove
