You will be rewarded with a maximum of 200 Strove Coins per week. Your weekly points will reset every Monday morning. There is good reason to strive for more than 200 coins per week though, as any extra points earned contribute towards your leaderboard points balance, which will help you climb to the very top of your company’s leaderboard.
Strove will analyse your activity and reward you according to an algorithm that is viewable below. The longer your activity and the higher your average heart rate, the more points (and Coins) you will earn.
