It means that you have not met WHO exercise recommendations over the past 2 weeks. Regular exercise will help you to sleep better, reduce burnout, eliminate anxiety and boost your mood. Try to get active for 30 minutes, almost every day, for a total of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity per week.
