What does it mean if my exercise score is low?

Updated this week

It means that you have not met WHO exercise recommendations over the past 2 weeks or you are completing the survey before at least 2 weeks of activity have been recorded. Regular exercise will help you to sleep better, reduce burnout, eliminate anxiety and boost your mood. Try to get active for 30 minutes, almost every day, for a total of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity per week.
