Logging into your Strove Web app as an admin user is easy. Just following the below steps:
Open your browser and go to the Strove Web App login page.
Enter your email address associated with your admin account in the provided field.
Click the Next button to proceed.
After entering your email, you will receive a six-digit OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered email address.
Enter the OTP into the designated field.
Note: The OTP expires after 15 minutes, so make sure to use it promptly.
Click the Continue button to complete the verification process and access your Dashboard.
Additional Tips for logging in:
If you do not receive the OTP, check your spam or junk email folder. Sometimes, verification emails might get flagged as spam by your email provider, so ensure to navigate to these folders and look for the email.
If you still cannot find the OTP, your company IT systems might have blocked emails from Strove. Contact your IT department to confirm whether the email was held or blocked and, if necessary, to release it manually.
If the issue persists even after trying the above steps, reach out to Strove’s customer support for further assistance.
For security reasons, ensure no one else has access to your email during the login process.
