Getting started on the Strove Web app

Making sure you're all set up to use the web app effectively

Updated this week

As an administrator of Strove for your organisation, you get access to our Web App where you can access your organisation's data, get insights on how your team is doing, and manage who has access to the platform, all in one simple location. We have included a quick walkthrough of each major section of the web app below to help you get the best out of the app.

Dashboard

Reporting and insights

The Dashboard provides real-time, anonymised and aggregated data to identify trends in your employees’ mental and physical well-being.

Here, you can monitor your employees' adoption of the Strove platform over time. This can be used to inform initiatives and improve engagement with the Strove platform. The two tiles above the graph below show the total number of employees onboarded and the total number of employees who have registered an account with Strove.

Organisation usage

See your organisation’s aggregated activity data in the selected time range and plan your wellness initiatives accordingly.

Filter the data by various parameters to discover how your employees are using the Strove platform. You can then tap the buttons along the top of the graph to start exploring.

Activities

Usage per activated user

Dive deeper into the analytics and review how your employees are using the Strove platform. This data shows how an average employee uses Strove. For example, the points earned per activated user are the total points earned by your organisation divided by the number of activated employees in your organisation.

Compare your metrics to the average Strover across all our organisations by ticking the checkbox ‘Compare to the average Strover?’. Do your employees measure up?

Distribution of activity types

Monitor the most popular activity types synced to the Strove platform by your employees.

This is a useful tool for measuring the impact of your wellness campaigns and driving further engagement through specific challenges in popular activity types.

Leaderboard

Active employees

The Leaderboard page showcases the top performers across different metrics within your company. This is useful for running a range of challenges. You can view the leaderboards from a weekly or monthly view by selecting your chosen time span from the drop-down menu.

Tracking historic data allows you to see individual and team improvements over time and enables key insights on how to grow further.

Filter data by All (individuals), My Teams, Teams, Female and Male, as well as by points earned, duration, distance, mindfulness, steps, and more.

Insight

Strove Insight

Strove Insight measures 5 key dimensions of well-being: Fitness, Mood, Calm, Sleep, and Coping. Your employees have in-app access to the Strove Insight survey and are encouraged to use it at least monthly.

The Strove Insight distribution graph is a useful tool to gauge how your employees are doing in a selected month compared to the prior month. Green users are doing well, orange users may be at risk, and red users may need urgent care.

Users

Onboarding

The User page is where you can view, add, edit, and delete employees, teams, and divisions. You can edit an employee’s details by clicking the three dots in line with their name or delete them permanently.

On this page, you can also onboard employees by clicking on ‘Invite Employees’ and upload a CSV or XLSX file, or manually add a single user by clicking the ‘Add Employee’ option.

You can then search for an employee by typing in their name in the search bar. You can also cycle through the pages of employees or extend the table to show more rows from the bottom right.
