If your app is unresponsive, the following options may help resolve the issue:
Restart your device by turning it off completely before turning it back on.
Check if you are using the latest version of the Strove app in the App Store/Google Play Store/Huawei AppGallery. If updates are available, please install the latest version.
Delete the app off of your device and then re-download it off the App Store, Google Play Store, or Huawei AppGallery
If the app continues to not open, please create a support ticket here, and the Strove technical team will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible. When reaching out please provide as many details as possible (the device you are using, version of the Strove app, screenshots and description of the error, when the issue occurs, etc) - this will ensure we’re able to find a solution as soon as possible.
