Points can not be earned for manual Strava entries that do not contain heart rate or GPS data. We need to verify that a fitness activity was completed. For this reason, heart rate or GPS data is required to earn Strove points when manually uploading activities into Strava. Activities that contain heart rate or GPS data can be manually imported onto Strava to earn points on the Strove app.
