Points can not be earned for manual entries that do not contain heart rate or GPS data. We need to verify that a fitness activity was completed. For this reason, heart rate or GPS data is required when manually uploading activities. Activities that contain heart rate or GPS data can be manually imported onto Strava to earn points on the Strove app.
