You will be rewarded with a maximum of 200 redeemable points per week. Your weekly points will reset every Monday morning. There is good reason to strive for more than 200 points per week though, as any extra points earned contribute towards your leaderboard points balance, which will help you climb to the very top of your company’s leaderboard.

Strove will analyse your activity and reward you according to an algorithm that is viewable here. The longer your activity and the higher your average heart rate, the more points you will earn.
