Strove does not have a direct integration with the Volkano Active app, but you can link your Volkano Active app to one of Strove's other 'Connected Apps.'
Linking your Polaroid Fit app on an iPhone
To record your activities from your Polaroid watch to Strove, you will need to install the Polaroid Fit app and the Apple Health app on your phone which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store. Once you have installed the two apps, please follow the steps below:
Open the Polaroid Fit app and complete the registration process if you have not done so already.
Navigate to the 'Me' page on the bottom right of the screen.
Tap 'Apple Health'
Tap 'Turn On All'
Tap 'Allow'
Then, open your Strove app
Tap the 'Setting' icon at the top right of the screen
Tap 'Connected Apps'
Toggle the switch for Apple Health
Tap 'Connect'
Tap 'Turn On All'
Tap 'Allow'
Your steps and exercises recorded to your Polaroid Fit app should now be recorded to your Strove account. Please note that your activity data will need to be recorded to the Apple Health app before it can be recorded to the Strove app.
Linking your Polaroid Fit app on an Android phone
Note: It has been reported that Google Fit no longer supports Polaroid Fit due to data privacy concerns. The Strove support team is unable to assist in this regard.
To record your activities from your Polaroid watch to Strove, you will need to install the Polaroid Fit app, Health Connect and the Google Fit app on your phone which can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. Once you have installed the three apps, please follow the steps below:
Open the Polaroid Fit app and complete the registration process if you have not done so already.
Navigate to the 'Me' page on the bottom right of the screen.
Tap 'Third-party access'
Tap 'Sign in with Google'
Sign into your Google account (the same account used on your Google Fit app).
Allow all the sharing permissions.
Tap 'Continue.'
Then, open your Strove app.
Tap the 'Setting' icon at the top right of the screen.
Tap 'Connected Apps.'
Toggle the switch for Google Fit.
Tap 'Connect.'
Tap 'Continue.'
Sign into your Google account (the same account used on your Google Fit app).
Allow all the sharing permissions.
Tap 'Continue.'
Your steps and exercises recorded to your Polaroid Fit app should now be recorded to your Strove account. Please note that your activity data will need to be recorded to the Google Fit app before it can be recorded to the Strove app.
