Syncing your first activity

Making sure your data comes through perfectly

Syncing your first set of activities is super easy. While your activities will sync automatically, there may be sometimes when you may not see your activities come through due. This can happen if you don't open the health app you have connected to Strove every few days. Here's how you can fix that:

  1. Open your Strove app to your Dashboard

  2. Open your health app (E.g. Samsung Health, Apple Health, etc.) and then, without closing the app, switch back over to the Strove app.

  3. On your Dashboard, you can then press and drag down on your screen until you see a symbol showing your Strove App is refreshing

  4. Wait for a few minutes while all your data has come through to the app. You will get a notification saying your data is ready to view.
