Signing Into the Strove Web App (Admin Users)

Guide Strove Admin Users through signing into the Strove Web App, verifying their access securely, and troubleshooting common login issues.

Overview

Only administrators with verified access can sign into the Strove Web App.

Regular Strove users access the platform exclusively through the mobile app and do not have access to the Web App or its dashboards.

The Web App is reserved for organisation administrators to manage members, view analytics, handle billing, and oversee wellbeing initiatives.

How to sign in

Follow these steps to log into your Strove Web App account securely:

  1. Open the Strove Web App Login Page
    In your browser, go to the Strove Web App URL (as provided in your onboarding email or admin setup documentation).

  2. Enter your registered admin email address
    Type the email associated with your Strove Admin account into the login field.

    • Make sure it’s the same address used when your organisation’s account was created.

  3. Click “Next”
    After submitting your email, Strove will send you a six-digit One-Time Password (OTP) to that same address.

  4. Retrieve the OTP
    Open your email inbox and locate the message from Strove containing your OTP code.

    • The email will be titled something like “Your Strove Login Code”.

    • The OTP expires after 15 minutes, so use it promptly.

  5. Enter the OTP and Verify
    Input the six-digit OTP into the designated field on the login page.

  6. Click “Continue”
    Once verified, you’ll be securely signed into the Strove Web App Dashboard, where you can manage your organisation’s account and view analytics.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

Didn’t Receive the OTP?

If your OTP doesn’t appear in your inbox:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
    Verification emails can occasionally be flagged as spam by your email provider.

  • Search for “Strove” in your inbox or spam folders.

  • If you still don’t find it, your company’s IT system may have blocked or quarantined the email.

    • Ask your IT department to check for messages from Strove’s domain and release them if necessary.

OTP expired?

  • OTPs are valid for 15 minutes.
    If it expires, simply restart the login process, a new code will be sent.

Still having trouble logging in?

If you’ve tried the steps above and can’t access your account:

  1. Confirm you’re using the correct admin email address (the same one registered with Strove).

  2. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try again.

  3. If the issue persists, contact Strove Support for assistance.
    Include your admin email and a short description of the issue for faster resolution.

Security Reminders

  • Never share your One-Time Password or email account access with anyone.

  • Always log out of shared or public computers after accessing the Web App.

  • Ensure your company email account is secured with multi-factor authentication (MFA) if supported.

  • The Strove Web App uses secure, time-limited verification for every login to protect your organisation’s data.

After logging in

Once logged in, you’ll have access to:

  • Organisation Dashboard to view activity and engagement statistics.

  • Members Section, where you manage and invite users.

  • Billing Section, where you can manage payment methods (if applicable).
