Overview
If your Strava activity isn’t showing in Strove, don’t worry, as it’s usually an easy fix. Strove can only sync data that is properly recorded in Strava and shared through your connected apps. Activities that were manually added or edited in Strava won’t transfer.
Common Reasons Your Activity Isn’t Syncing
Your Strava account isn’t connected to Strove
Open Strove → Settings → Connected Apps.
Check that Strava is connected and the toggle is green.
If not, tap Connect, sign in to Strava, and grant all permissions when prompted.
The activity was manually entered
Strove only syncs recorded activities — manually added workouts or imported files do not qualify.
Make sure your activity was tracked using Strava’s built-in “Record” feature.
The activity is still processing
After finishing a workout in Strava, it can take a few minutes for Strava to upload and share your data.
Open the Strava app to confirm that your activity has fully uploaded (you should see your distance, time, and heart rate if applicable).
Your Strava permissions changed
If you recently changed privacy or data settings in Strava, Strove may lose access.
Reconnect Strava in Strove and make sure all data types, such as activities, routes, and performance metrics, are allowed.
Poor internet connection
Syncing requires a stable connection. If you finished your activity offline, open the Strava app once connected to the internet to allow the data to upload.
How to Reconnect Strava
If syncing still fails:
Open Strove → Settings → Connected Apps.
Tap Disconnect next to Strava.
Close and reopen Strove.
Tap Connect again and sign back into your Strava account.
Grant all permissions when prompted.
This refreshes the connection and usually resolves missing activity issues.
Preventative Tips
Always record activities directly in Strava (not manually).
Avoid editing activity titles or data before Strove has synced.
Keep both Strava and Strove apps updated.
Ensure your Strava account remains logged in.
