Overview

‘Resources’ is your in-app library of short, practical articles designed to support your wellbeing journey; guided exercise videos; calming meditations; insightful webinars; and quick access to your organisation's resources like help lines or documents.

Each article is carefully written and reviewed by Strove’s internal team and industry professionals across fields like psychology, exercise science, and medicine. The goal is to deliver reliable, accessible knowledge to help you make meaningful, sustainable changes to your wellbeing.

How to Access the Learning Portal

  1. Open the Strove app on your device.

  2. Tap the book icon at the bottom of the home screen.

  3. Scroll through the available wellness topics.

  4. Tap “View All” next to any topic to explore the full list of articles.

  5. Tap an article title to start reading.

You can browse as many articles as you like — new content is added regularly.
