What is Strove?
Strove is a workplace wellbeing platform designed to help people feel better, move more, and build healthier habits.
The idea is straightforward: when people feel physically and mentally well, life gets better, whether at home, at work, or everywhere in between.
Strove encourages healthy behaviour through:
Motivation: gentle push notifications, goal-tracking, and positive reinforcement.
Gamification: points (Strove Coins), leaderboards, challenges, and achievements.
Education: bite-sized expert content on mental and physical wellbeing.
Rewards: redeemable vouchers for healthy, everyday progress.
You can also explore the mobile app experience on our website: strove.ai.

Do I need a paid account for Strava, Fitbit, Garmin, Google Fit, or Apple Health?
No. All of these platforms offer free versions, and those free versions are fully compatible with Strove.
Do I need a GPS watch or special device to earn Coins?
No wearable? No problem. You can earn Coins without a GPS watch by recording activities directly from your mobile phone using apps like Strava, which use your phone’s built-in GPS.
If you want heart-rate-based scoring but don’t have a smartwatch, a Bluetooth heart-rate strap is a great alternative.
A few things to note:
Older Fitbit models may not include GPS or heart-rate sensors.
Some newer Fitbit models use your phone’s GPS, so keep your phone with you during workouts.
Wearables enhance accuracy, but they aren’t required.
Can I register for Strove as an individual?
Not at this stage. Strove is currently only available through organisations (employers, institutions, and corporate wellbeing programmes). If your organisation doesn’t have an active subscription, you won’t be able to create a personal account.
However, we’re continually exploring ways to make Strove more widely available. Keep an eye on our social channels for any future updates.
