Device Integration Hub — Supported Apps and Wearables

To help you understand which apps and devices can connect with Strove, how they sync, and what type of data they share. This guide covers all currently supported integrations and explains which setup path applies to your device.

Overview

Strove connects with a wide range of fitness wearables, health platforms, and tracking apps to record your physical and mental wellness activities automatically. By linking one or more of these platforms, you’ll ensure that every step, workout, or meditation counts toward your Strove Coins and wellness goals.

The right setup ensures smooth syncing along with and more reliable rewards.

Integration Categories

1. Direct Integrations (Connect Straight to Strove)

These apps and devices connect directly through Strove’s Connected Apps page with no intermediary needed.

These direct integrations appear under Settings → Connected Apps in the Strove app.

2. Apple Health Integrations (for iPhone users)

Apple Health acts as a central hub for iOS devices, allowing Strove to read data from multiple apps and wearables.

3. Health Connect Integrations (for Android users)

Android users sync their devices through Google’s Health Connect, which securely shares data between health apps and Strove.

Health Sync → Fitbit or Health Connect → Strove

Required due to lack of Google Play Services.

Wearable-focused users

Direct Integration (e.g., Garmin, Suunto, Coros, Polar)

Most accurate data and least manual maintenance.

Data That Syncs to Strove

The following data types are supported across integrations:

  • Steps

  • Workouts / Exercises

  • Heart Rate

  • Calories Burned

  • Distance

  • Active Time

  • Mindful / Meditation Sessions (where available)

General Syncing Tips

  • Keep all relevant apps installed and updated.

  • Ensure you’re logged into the same account across platforms.

  • Open your connected apps periodically to keep background sync permissions active.

  • Avoid manually adding or editing workouts in your connected apps, as only automatically tracked activities will sync.

  • Maintain a stable internet connection during uploads.

  • Syncing may take up to an hour, depending on the source platform’s cloud speed.

If your activities aren’t appearing or an app connection fails:

  • Check your Connected Apps list in Strove to confirm active links.

  • Verify that data appears in your source app (e.g., Garmin, Strava, Fitbit).

  • Ensure Health Connect or Apple Health is active and permissions are enabled.

  • If syncing remains inconsistent, contact Strove Support for assistance.
