Please ensure you have entered your work email address when attempting to log into the Strove app. Your OTP should be delivered to your work email address shortly after registering or logging in.
If it’s been more than a few minutes and you still haven’t received your OTP, please create a support ticket here. After receiving your ticket, our Strove technical team will be in touch and will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible. When reaching out please provide as many details as possible (the device you are using, version of the Strove app, screenshots and description of the error, when the issue occurs, etc) - this will ensure we’re able to find a solution as soon as possible.
