Using the Meditations and Sleep Sections in Resources

What are the Meditations and Sleep sections in Resources?

Resources is Strove's built-in wellbeing hub, and two of its sections — Meditations and Sleep — are your home for guided meditations, breathwork sessions, soundscapes, and sleep stories. You'll find more than 50 episodes designed to help you unwind, refocus, and sleep better.

New content is added regularly, so it's worth checking back often to see what's fresh.

Where can I find these sections?

Meditations and Sleep live inside Resources, alongside Resources' other sections (Workout, Recipes, Learn, Webinars, and How things work):

  • Tap the book icon (Resources) in the bottom navigation bar.

  • From there, tap Meditations for guided meditations and breathwork, or Sleep for bedtime soundscapes and stories.

All content plays natively inside the Strove app, so no extra downloads are needed.

Can I Earn Mindful Minutes From These Sessions?

Yes! Any guided mindfulness activity you complete within the Meditations section counts toward your daily mindful minutes, except for sleep sounds, which are excluded from scoring.

Mindful minutes appear automatically in your Dashboard once the session ends and the app syncs.

What Other Apps Can I Use to Earn Mindful Minutes?

Strove also recognises mindfulness activities from supported third-party apps, provided they sync correctly through Apple Health or Health Connect.

Popular examples include:

  • Headspace

  • Calm

  • 10% Happier

  • Insight Timer

  • Meditation Studio

  • Breathwork or mindfulness apps connected to your wearable

As long as the activity:

  • Is recorded automatically (not manually added),

  • Includes a valid duration, and

  • Syncs into Apple Health or Health Connect,

Strove will award mindful-minute points for it.

How Many Strove Coins Do I Earn for Mindful Minutes?

You earn 1 Strove Coin per mindful minute, up to 15 Coins per day. These will appear in your Dashboard shortly after the activity syncs with Strove, and they count toward your weekly 200-coin cap just like any other activity.

Can I Earn Strove Coins for Exercise and Mindfulness on the Same Day?

Yes. Every activity you complete — whether a workout, steps, or mindfulness session — contributes to your weekly coin total, up to the 200-coin weekly cap. This cap resets every Monday.

This means:

  • Your workout coins and mindfulness coins both count toward the same weekly total.

  • There's no limit on combining activity types in a single day — they all add up until you reach the weekly cap.

Leaderboard totals include all activities as well, with no weekly cap.
