Some troubleshooting for when you OTP is not being generated

So you are logging into your app after a while and you notice that it's asking for your OTP after you type in the email linked to your organization. However, once you request it, there doesn't seem to be a response. A few minutes later, you request another one but still no response. Why does it seem that you aren't getting one? Well, there a two major reasons that this might be the case:

1) Your emails may be held by your organization's IT Team - Often this is done due to a simple misunderstanding regarding our emails where your IT security may not immediately identify the email being sent to you is from us. This often means that although we have sent you the email, you may not see it due it being caught by your IT security team. The best way to fix this is to chat to them and have them release the email.

2) You may be requesting new OTP's too frequently - OTP's are active for around 15 minutes from they are requested. Should there be too many requested too frequently, this can result in your emails being held by your IT in a similar way to the previous reason. To alleviate this, please ensure that you are waiting at least 15 minutes between attempts to allow the email to reach you.
