My data hasn't updated in several days. Why is that?

A quick explanation to make sense of data syncing on the Strove App

You might notice that your information within the app has not been updated in some time and you might be wondering how come this might be happening. There are a few reasons:

1) You have not opened your Health App and/or Strove in a few days - Strove collects and presents information from your Health App in an engaging format to you. However, for that to happen, it needs to frequently "talk" to your Health App. When there has not been a connection in several days (in general a week or so), you may notice your information may be missing or out of date. You can solve this by just opening your Health App and hitting refresh within the Strove App.

2) Your devices you are using may not be connected - It always important to check what devices are connected so that we are able to collect data from the apps you actually use. Be sure to check what is connected in the "Connected Apps" page within your settings.

3) You have not recently refresh your data - Similar to not opening the app in a while, you will sometimes need to manually trigger a refresh on your mobile device. To do so, just pull down on the Home page and wait a few minutes for the information to be collected and added to Strove. You will know it's done you received a notification stating that the data is ready to be viewed.
