Helping you manage your access token expiring

Updated over a year ago

You may find yourself unable to delink an App from your connected Apps page despite you selecting the option to do so and this is related to your access token expiring.

What is my access token and why did it expire?
An access token functions in a similar way to a membership card to a gym in that allows your data to be transferred safely from your phone to Strove. Your access token may expire due to multiple factors such as changes in permission settings or connectivity issues.

How do I fix this?
The easiest way to fix this would be obtain a new access token which can be done by uninstalling and re-installing the Strove App which will reset all your connections and require you to obtain a new access token
