Steps to sync your Strove activities
Stay logged in
Don’t log out or clear the app cache before syncing. Unsynced activities stored in cache will be lost when you log out.
Check the ‘Activity Sync’ page
Go to Settings > Activity Sync and look for your recorded activities.
Sync your activities
Tap Sync for any unsynced entries (no green checkmark).
Refresh the app
From the home screen, drag down until you see the spinning arrow to manually refresh.
Verify the ‘Activity Sync’ page again
Make sure the activity now appears with a synced date and green checkmark.
Troubleshooting summary
If syncing still fails:
Check your internet connection
Reopen the app and refresh again
Ensure you haven’t recently logged out
If the issue continues, contact the Strove support team for help

Keep your app open until activities are fully synced
Maintain a stable connection during workouts
