How to sync activities recorded directly in Strove

To guide you through syncing activities logged directly in Strove, such as workouts or meditations.

Requirements

  • A stable internet connection

  • Logged-in Strove account

  • Cached activities still stored in your device (not logged out before syncing)

Steps to sync your Strove activities

  1. Stay logged in

    • Don’t log out or clear the app cache before syncing. Unsynced activities stored in cache will be lost when you log out.

  2. Check the ‘Activity Sync’ page

    • Go to Settings > Activity Sync and look for your recorded activities.

  3. Sync your activities

    • Tap Sync for any unsynced entries (no green checkmark).

  4. Refresh the app

    • From the home screen, drag down until you see the spinning arrow to manually refresh.

  5. Verify the ‘Activity Sync’ page again

    • Make sure the activity now appears with a synced date and green checkmark.

Troubleshooting summary

  • Check your internet connection

  • Reopen the app and refresh again

  • Ensure you haven’t recently logged out

  • If the issue continues, contact the Strove support team for help

  • Keep your app open until activities are fully synced
