Active internet connection
Steps to link Strove with Apple Health
Open Apple Health:
Go to the Health app on your iPhone.
Check that your fitness device or app is already contributing data to Apple Health. You should see metrics like steps, workouts, or heart rate there.
Connect Strove to Apple Health:
Open the Strove app → Settings > Connected Apps.
Select Connect to Apple Health.
When prompted, tap Turn On All Categories to grant permission for Strove to read your activity data.
Tap Allow to confirm.
Verify the connection
Return to the Strove home screen.
Refresh by swiping down until the spinning arrow appears.
After your next activity syncs, data such as steps or workouts should appear in Strove.
Troubleshooting summary
If your Apple Health data isn’t appearing in Strove:
Open Apple Health > Sources > Strove and make sure all read permissions remain active.
Confirm your fitness app or Apple Watch is successfully recording data inside Apple Health.
Restart Strove and refresh the home screen.
If the issue persists, toggle the Apple Health connection off and reconnect it within Strove.
Preventative tips
Keep iOS, Apple Health, and Strove updated to the latest versions.
Ensure Strove stays logged in; logging out can interrupt background sync.
Allow Strove to run in the background for continuous data updates.
Periodically review permissions in Apple Health to ensure “Allow All” remains active.
