Overview
Coros wearables are designed for performance-driven athletes, offering detailed tracking of heart rate, GPS routes, and training intensity. By connecting your Coros account with Strove, your recorded activities will automatically sync into Strove, where you’ll be rewarded based on your activity duration and effort.
Coros captures your training while Strove rewards your consistency.
How to Link Coros to Strove
Open the Strove app.
Tap the Settings icon (top-right of the home screen).
Select Connected Apps.
Tap Connect to Coros.
Tap the link button and sign in using the same Coros account you use in the Coros app.
Authorise Strove to access your activity data when prompted.
Once connected, your Coros workouts will begin syncing automatically with Strove.
Important Notes
Manually added activities in the Coros app will not sync to Strove as only workouts recorded using your Coros device are eligible.
Occasionally, you may need to open the Coros app to upload your workouts before they appear in Strove.
Some delays (up to one hour) can occur between recording and syncing due to processing time on Coros’s cloud servers.
Ensure your Coros app remains logged in and your device stays synced regularly.
How Your Activities Sync
Data flows from your Coros watch → Coros app → Strove.
Once your workout uploads to Coros, Strove retrieves the data automatically.
Strove analyses your heart rate, duration, and workout intensity to calculate your Strove Coins.
Activities must be recorded on your Coros watch or through the Coros app. Strove can sync activities up to 7 days old.
Troubleshooting Coros Syncing
If your Coros workouts aren’t showing in Strove, try these steps:
Check Coros App Sync
Open the Coros app and confirm your latest workout appears.
If it’s missing, manually sync your watch via Bluetooth.
Reauthorise the Connection
In Strove → Settings → Connected Apps, toggle the Coros connection off and on again.
Sign in to your Coros account when prompted and reauthorise permissions.
Confirm Permissions
When reconnecting, make sure all activity and health permissions are granted.
Without permissions, Strove won’t be able to read your data.
Verify Internet and Cloud Sync
Ensure your Coros app has an active internet connection so activities upload successfully to the Coros cloud.
Update Both Apps
Check for updates for both Coros and Strove in your app store to maintain compatibility.
Common Causes of Missing or Delayed Data
Your Coros device hasn’t synced to the app yet.
The Coros app is logged out or running an outdated version.
The activity was manually added or edited in Coros.
Permissions expired after a password reset or app reinstallation.
If your workout hasn’t appeared in Strove within 24 hours, contact Strove Support with your Coros account details and a screenshot of your recent Coros activities.
Why Heart Rate Syncing is Important
Coros devices provide accurate heart rate tracking, which Strove uses to calculate effort-based rewards. To ensure accurate results, always wear your Coros device snugly during workouts and keep heart rate tracking enabled.
Quick Tips for Reliable Syncing

Keep Bluetooth and mobile data enabled while syncing.
Avoid manually editing activities before they sync.
Reconnect your Coros account in Strove if you recently changed your password.
