How to Redeem Your Strove Coins for Rewards

To guide you through redeeming your Strove Coins for vouchers, explain how vouchers work, and outline what to do if your rewards differ by region.

Overview

Your hard work pays off, literally. Once you’ve earned enough Strove Coins, you can redeem them for digital vouchers or discounts from Strove’s reward partners. These vouchers or discounts can be used to purchase goods and services at participating retailers, giving you a tangible benefit for your effort and consistency.

Note: Available rewards and voucher partners vary by region. If your rewards don’t match your expected region or you’re unable to access certain partners, please contact Strove Support for assistance.

How to Redeem Your Strove Coins

  1. Open the Strove app.

  2. Tap the gift icon on the bottom navigation bar to open the Rewards section.

  3. Browse through the list of available reward partners and voucher options.

    • Locked vouchers will display the required Coin balance needed to unlock them.

  4. Tap the voucher you want to redeem.

  5. Tap Redeem to confirm your choice.

  6. Your voucher will appear instantly under My Rewards and is ready for use.

What You Can Spend Your Vouchers On

  • Vouchers are redeemable for goods and services at participating Strove reward partners.

  • You can view all available partners in your region within the Rewards tab.

How Many Times Can I Use a Voucher?

  • Each voucher can be redeemed once only.

  • Once the QR code or wiCode from a voucher has been scanned and accepted in-store, the voucher becomes invalid.

  • For unique rewards such as gift cards, specific terms may apply. These will be shown on the voucher before redemption.

Checking Reward Partners in Your Region

To see the reward partners currently available in your area:

  1. Tap the gift icon in your Strove app.

  2. Browse the Rewards section — partners and available vouchers will be listed by region.

If you believe your region is incorrect or if no partners appear, contact the Strove Support Team for help correcting your region settings.

Additional Notes

  • Vouchers expire 60 days after redemption if not used.

  • Always check the expiry date listed on your voucher.

  • Regional availability and voucher types may change periodically as new partners are added.
