Strove Coins are the balance you use to redeem rewards in the app.
How do I earn Coins?
Eligible activities earn points. Each point adds 1 Coin to your balance, up to 200 Coins per week.
The earning limit resets every Monday. Unspent Coins carry over, so you can save towards a reward over several weeks.

Where can I see and spend my Coins?
Your Coin balance appears on your Home dashboard. Open Rewards to browse the available options and their Coin prices.
When you redeem a reward, its Coin cost is deducted from your balance. Your reward tier can reduce that cost.
What happens to Coins I haven’t spent?
They stay in your balance when a new week starts. The weekly reset only renews your earning allowance.
Vouchers have their own expiry dates and conditions. Check these before redeeming and using a voucher.
Why is my balance different from my leaderboard points?
Your Coin balance includes saved Coins, minus any you’ve spent. Leaderboard points reflect eligible activities within the selected period and can continue increasing after you reach the weekly Coin limit.
