Understanding your Strove Score and reward tiers

Understand your weekly Strove Score and how your reward tier affects Coin prices.

Your Strove Score is a number out of 100 that brings together information about your activity and wellbeing. It helps you track your progress and determines your reward tier.

It is a wellbeing indicator, not a medical assessment.

What contributes to my score?

Your score draws on three areas:

  • Lifestyle: your exercise, steps and recorded sleep.

  • Mind: your wellbeing survey and stress check-ins.

  • Body: information from your Health Check and its survey, where available.

Your Strove Score, activity points and Strove Coins are different. Your score determines your reward tier. Eligible activities earn points, which contribute to the Coins you can spend on rewards.

When does my score change?

Your Strove Score updates weekly. It uses information from several weeks, so one workout or check-in may not immediately change your overall score.

Consistent habits over time matter more than a single busy week.

How do reward tiers work?

Your tier determines the discount on the Strove Coin price of rewards.

  • Tier 1 (score 0–54): standard Coin price.

  • Tier 2 (score 55–64): 20% Coin discount.

  • Tier 3 (score 65–79): 50% Coin discount.

  • Tier 4 (score 80–100): 60% Coin discount.

For example, a reward costing 100 Coins at Tier 1 costs 50 Coins at Tier 3.

You can see your current tier and the Coin price of each reward in the app.

How can I improve my score?

Build a routine you can maintain:

  • Record regular exercise and daily steps.

  • Sync your connected apps so your activity reaches Strove.

  • Track your sleep if your device supports it.

  • Keep your wellbeing check-ins up to date.

Something doesn’t look right?

Check that your activity has synced and look for any prompts to update your information. Remember that your overall score updates weekly.

If your score is missing, frozen or still looks incorrect, contact Strove Support through the app.
