Understanding Feats and Badges in Strove

To explain how Feats work in Strove, how to view and earn them, and what to do if your Feats aren’t updating as expected.

Overview

The Feats feature celebrates your milestones and progress by rewarding you with digital badges for specific achievements.

These Feats track your consistency, effort, and dedication, recognising moments like your first week of activity, a distance milestone, or completing a streak.

Feats are tracked automatically in the background, so all you need to do is stay active and Strove will handle the rest.

How to View and Track Feats

  1. Open the Strove app.

  2. Tap the Community tab (formerly the podium icon) on the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Select “Feats” at the top of the screen.

  4. Tap any Feat to view the requirements to earn that badge.

When you complete a Feat:

  • You’ll receive an in-app notification.

  • Your new badge will automatically appear on your Feats page.

No manual action is required. Feats update automatically based on your activity data synced through connected apps.

Do Feats Earn Strove Coins or Points?

Not yet. Currently, Feats do not award additional Strove Coins or points, but they’re designed to recognise your achievements and keep you motivated.

Strove may introduce Coin rewards or other benefits for Feats in future updates so stay tuned to our announcements and app updates for more information.

Troubleshooting: My Feats Aren’t Updating

If your Feats aren’t unlocking as expected, it’s usually due to a syncing issue or temporary delay. Try the following steps:

  1. Check that your activity has synced

    • Open your connected app (e.g. Strava, Garmin, Samsung Health).

    • Confirm that your recent activities are visible there.

    • Open Strove → Home and refresh the app (swipe down).

  2. Confirm your connected apps are active

    • Go to Strove → Settings → Connected Apps.

    • Make sure your fitness apps are linked and permissions are toggled on.

  3. Wait for processing

    • Feats are updated automatically once Strove processes your synced activity.

    • Depending on volume and sync timing, updates may take a few hours.

  4. Contact support if the issue persists

    • If you’re consistently completing activities that should trigger a Feat but aren’t seeing updates, contact Strove Support.

    • Include details of the Feat you believe you’ve achieved and the date of the qualifying activity.

Tips for Earning Feats

  • Stay consistent — many Feats reward ongoing effort or repeat milestones.

  • Keep your connected apps linked and permissions enabled.

  • Track a variety of activities — Feats cover multiple categories, from fitness achievements to mindfulness milestones.

  • Check back regularly to see new badges as Strove expands the Feats system.
