What is the Strove score?
Your Strove Score is a weekly 0–100 indicator of your overall wellbeing.
It is built on three pillars:
• Lifestyle (45%) – exercise, steps, sleep
• Body (35%) – cardiometabolic health indicators
• Mind (20%) – wellbeing and stress measures
It is not a medical diagnosis. It is a wellbeing indicator designed to reward consistent healthy behaviour.
Your score updates weekly and is published every Monday.
Strove score tiers
Your tier reflects your score over time. Tiers are recalculated each week when your new score is published.
We use smoothed scoring, meaning consistent habits matter more than one exceptional week.
The four tiers
Starting
Score: 0–39
You’re building your foundation.
Building
Score: 40–59
You’re developing consistent healthy habits.
Strong
Score: 60–79
You’re maintaining solid wellbeing behaviours.
Elite
Score: 80–100
You’re consistently operating at a high wellbeing level.
Your tier updates automatically each week based on your most recent scores.
Why tiers matter
Higher tiers unlock better rewards. As your tier increases, you may receive:
• Improved discount percentages
• Access to enhanced reward offers
• Stronger reward multipliers where applicable
Exact discounts are visible inside the Rewards section of the app.
The Strove Score is intentionally designed to connect healthy behaviour to meaningful benefits.
Why didn’t my tier change immediately?
Tiers use smoothed weekly scores. This means:
• One great week may not immediately move you up
• Consistency over multiple weeks matters more
• Improvements are designed to be stable and fair
What does “Frozen” mean?
Your score may become Frozen if required monthly check-ins are overdue.
A freeze occurs if:
• Your face scan (Body component) is older than 30 days
• Your WHO-5 (Mind component) is older than 30 days
When Frozen:
• Your score appears greyed out
• Rewards and tier upgrades pause
• Your score may gradually decrease until updated
To unfreeze your score:
• Complete the overdue face scan and/or WHO-5
Once updated, normal scoring resumes immediately.
Why isn’t my score changing day to day?
Your Strove Score updates weekly, not daily.
Because it is smoothed:
• Small weekly improvements may result in gradual score changes
• Sustained healthy behaviour drives meaningful movement
What is the fastest way to improve my score?
Focus on Lifestyle (45% weighting), as it is the most responsive pillar.
The biggest levers are:
• Increasing weekly moderate-to-vigorous activity
• Increasing daily steps
• Tracking consistent sleep
• Completing required check-ins on time
Small, consistent improvements outperform short bursts of effort.
Important limits to know
• Scores update weekly
• Tiers update weekly
• Data older than 7 days does not influence current scoring
• Monthly anchors (face scan and WHO-5) must stay up to date to avoid freezing
