The research is clear: all types of exercise have health benefits, as do mental health activities such as mindful meditation or focused breathing. Strove aims to reward you for whatever type of activity you choose to do.
If your activity contains heart rate data, we will reward you according to your level of exertion, no matter the type of exercise. From running a marathon to gardening, it all counts. If you don’t have a heart-rate monitor then Strove will reward you for the distance covered based on the type of activity. For mindful activities, such as meditations performed from Thrive in your Strove app or from your favourite meditation app, we will reward you according to the time spent doing that activity.
