Help with leaderboards and challenges

Check missing activity, delayed progress and your visibility on leaderboards and challenges.

My progress hasn’t updated

First, check whether the activity appears in your Strove activity history.

If it is missing:

  • Open your connected fitness app and confirm the activity has saved.

  • Check that the connection to Strove and relevant sharing permissions are enabled.

  • Reopen and refresh Strove.

If it is already there:

  • Check the leaderboard’s selected dates and metric, such as points, steps or distance.

  • For a challenge, check its dates and eligible activity types.

  • Allow time for the leaderboard or challenge to update. These may update separately from your activity history.

Why hasn’t an activity counted?

An activity appearing in Strove does not automatically mean it qualifies for every leaderboard or challenge.

For example, cycling distance would not count towards a running-only challenge. Missing activity information can also affect eligibility.

Manually entered Strava activities do not sync to Strove. See How to record activities that can earn points.

Why can’t I see my name?

Check your leaderboard visibility setting and whether you are viewing the correct team, period and metric.

Turning off leaderboard visibility does not stop you earning Coins.

Does the weekly Coin limit affect my ranking?

Reaching the 200-Coin weekly limit stops additional Coin earning until Monday. Eligible activities can still contribute to leaderboards and challenges.

Are challenge prizes guaranteed?

No. Check the individual challenge’s details for any prizes and their qualifying conditions.

Still need help?

Contact Strove Support if eligible activity is still missing from your totals after 24 hours, or your progress looks incorrect.

Include the leaderboard or challenge name, activity date, tracking app or device, and screenshots showing the discrepancy.
